Having entered the gastrointestinal tract, the dextrose and amino acids contained in Laktera Optima enable the rapid and full development of lactobacilli in the human organism. They have a beneficial effect by healing and regulating the internal microbial flora. They suppress the development of putrefactive processes in the stomach and intestines thus preventing the occurrence of a number of serious diseases: food allergies, ulcerous colitis, constipation, diarrhea, cancerous diseases, gastrointestinal infections and so on. Lactobacilli normalize the intestinal microbial flora and their effect is particularly beneficial on intestinal infections, in the course of treatment with antibiotics and other chemotherapeutics. Laktera Optima contains a special strain of Lactobacillus Bulgaricus producing D (-) lactic acid.
